Breakfast buffet
Daily from 7 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Sundays and public holidays 8 a.m. - 9.30 a.m.
Breakfast includes regional products, sausage and cheese from our own in-house butcher shop, fresh bakery rolls, various cereals, fresh fruits, home-baked goods, as well as tea and coffee specialties.
Breakfast for outside guests is possible upon prior reservation.


Luggage
A luggage storage room is available.
However, we accept no liability for luggage.


Beverages, coffee and snacks
A bottle of free mineral water is provided at check-in.
Please request beverages at the reception desk (until 7.30 p.m.) or in our butcher shop (until 6 p.m.).


Homemade products
Our products are on sale in our butcher shop.
Our specialties: Swabian dumplings and Bären ham made from the Hällische Landschwein


Pets
Pets are not permitted in the hotel rooms.

Information can be found at our information point and on our brochure wall at the entrance.
We are happy to assist and advise you.


Children’s beds
We charge a flat fee of € 10 for the provision of a children’s bed.


Pillows
Extra pillows are available at the reception desk!


Parking
Guest may load and unload in front of the hotel.
A public car park is located on Grabenstrasse, best reached via the Steinerstrasse entrance (free of charge for those staying on the 4th floor or higher), a 4-minute walk from our hotel. Please ask us for directions.


Postcards
Postcards of the area and its highlights can be purchased at the reception desk or in our butchershop.


Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. We accept no liability if a fire alarm is triggered by unauthorized smoking. The resulting costs are to be paid directly on site. If there is smoking in the room, we charge an extra cleaning fee of € 50.


Umbrellas
Umbrellas can be borrowed for free at the reception.

There are many eateries within walking distance from the hotel. Please ask us for suggestions.

The S-Bahn to Stuttgart always leaves at 25 and 55 minutes after the hour
Monday - Thursday: 3.55a.m. - 11.55p.m.
as well as 14.55-20.25 and 5.55-10.25 every quarter hour
Saturday 5.25 to 23.55
Sundays and public holidays 5.25 to 23.25
During the nights on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays:
every hour at 25 minutes after the hour.


Keys
The front door is usually locked Tuesday afternoons and evenings from 7:30 p.m.!

A shoe shining machine can be found on every floor (near the emergency exit).

City maps are available at the reception desk or on the brochure wall near the entrance.
A municipal city map is located in front of our hotel.


Plug adapters for Europe and the USA
Adaptors are available at the reception (a € 5 deposit fee applies).


Cancellation policy
We charge a cancelation fee of 65% of the room price on the day before arrival and 80% (minus breakfast) on the day of arrival. Bookings that are not canceled will be charged at 100% of the room price. (According to the GAU acceptance contract of DEHOGA e. Vbd.)

When booking more than three rooms, the rules stipulated in the reservation confirmation apply!

If you are unable to travel because of coronavirus regulations, we will work together to find a solution!
