With skill and dedication, we produce fine meat and sausage specialties every day. The in-house processing of regional and organic products has a long tradition with us. We are always on the lookout for new, beneficial production methods to ensure that natural resources are handled in a gentle, sustainable and responsible manner. Visit us - there is something for every taste among our diverse traditional specialties.
We produce a variety of different dumplings, including pumpkin dumplings, which are available in the Blooming Baroque garden during the pumpkin festival in Ludwigsburg.
Good meat and sausages begin with healthy and properly raised animals.
In the Bären kitchen, we regularly create new dishes that we put in cans or jars and sell in our delicatessen, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. Among these are pumpkin and coconut soup, green chicken curry, game ragout, sliced veal with cream, various sauces and stocks and vegan pumpkin curry, to name just a few.
Appropriate husbandry, genuine taste and handcrafted production are our top priorities. This is why we have been selling only BESH meat since 2002; these include Swabian Hälische Landschwein (pig), bœuf de Hohenlohe (cattle), Hohenloher dairy lamb, and poultry from the Dangelhof on the Alb. We get game from hunting friends who hunt in the forests around Schwäbisch Hall. A large selection of different cheese products from the Geifertshofen cheese farm completes our wide range of products.
